*Israel has no right to claim self-defense*

 Israel, as an occupying colonial power, lacks the ethical foundation to claim a right to self-defense against the people under its occupation. We firmly dismiss any notion of moral equivalence between Israel, the colonizing force, and the colonized people. The media's efforts to draw such equivalences are, in our view, misguided. In essence, we maintain that an occupying force cannot morally defend itself when engaged in the brutal occupation of another people. This underscores a clear power imbalance and ethical distinction between the oppressor and the oppressed.
